This phase can be further divided into different sub-phases such as Gap Analysis, Optimization, Architectural Principles and Patterns, Lean and Simple Solutions.

  • OOptimization :  The optimization phase involves designing the solution in an efficient and optimized way that maximizes its value while minimizing waste.
